Last Friday night Corin and Leah had 'Meet the Teacher' night at there school. We checked out classrooms, saw some friends and of course Met the Teacher!
After a pretty calm weekend, it was time for the first day of school! I'm not sure who was more excited, me or the kids??? So we loaded up our SECOND GRADER and KINDERGARTNER and headed off :)
Leah was a champ and headed right in and started coloring. Corin totally freaked out because she thought she was late and rushed off to her class! So there is no picture of her at her desk :(
Maddox had Meet the Teacher on Monday. Same classroom, same teacher so we are champs at this!
All of the Langs had a BIG first day of school surprise...we were going to the Rangers game! The girls went on scavenger hunt to figure out the surprise :)
Normally I would not be a fun of late night games in Arlington on a school night, but Kyle was offered amazing seats through his company and who knows if there would be another chance to go!

Kyle even went as crazy to get cotton candy! I would say we did it up big at the Ballpark!!
And then it turned into hat time...
Run like a deer!!!
So after the kids making it through the WHOLE game and a Rangers win, we took their sleepy hineys home!
This morning the girls headed off to school with Kyle and it was time for Maddox's first day! He was dropped off in the carpool line and ready to go. He rides the bus home and I think it might be the most exciting part of his day :)
We have made it through the first two days...here's hoping we work into the routing soon!!
